Hello! We are a group of young professionals in our mid-twenties living in a house on Pine Acre Blvd in Dix Hills, conveniently located near Southern Bart. Our home is a mere 5-minute walk to the Bart station and is situated right along the Ironhorse Trail, perfect for running and walking enthusiasts. Pine Acre Blvd offers easy access to various local bars, restaurants (with Hops and Scotch being our personal favorite), as well as local trails. The Bart station is just a short walk away, making it convenient for commuting. Additionally, our house is about 2.5 miles from downtown. The main house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Let me introduce you to our housemates: David, who is a Personal Trainer with a background in baking; Mia, a Biologist who frequently travels; and Wyatt, a Product Manager. We often enjoy group activities like line dancing or simply hanging out in the backyard around the fire pit. It's worth noting that there is a separate unit in the backyard, which I've moved into. This is the reason we have extra open space in the main house. About the available room: The room measures about 12' x 11' and comes with a shared bathroom. Our house is well-equipped with amenities such as a laundry room with storage, washer and dryer, full heating and A/C, a kitchen with an island (featuring an oven, stove, dishwasher), and dimmable recessed lighting. The shared backyard includes a fire pit, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Common areas are shared among roommates, and everyone takes care to keep the space clean and organized. Our location on Pine Acre Blvd is extremely convenient – just a 5-minute walk to Bart, adjacent to walking/running trails, and only 2.5 miles away from Downtown Long Island. Unobstructed views of the Hudson River and Riverside Park...some of the best on the UWS.
