Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze and stunning views any time of day. Pacific Villas: Unit 2 is located in the 2-story ocean front west building on the 2nd floor. The unit is ocean facing with a spectacular view and is nestled in a small, 6-unit vacation rental complex on the Oceanside Strand. Property Details: - Parking Disclosure: One parking spot is included with the unit, however, please note that the parking spot is tight (7 ft wide), therefore large vehicles may not have enough clearance to utilize the spot. We ask that guests plan accordingly and travel in smaller vehicles when possible for ease of convenience in parking. - Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events. we do not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property.
