Stihl FS250 - For Parts or Not Working

Stihl FS250 for parts or not working. Please see pictures. The unit has been pulled apart so you can see the nature of the problem (pictures 2 and 3). Was working fine till the "collar piece" gave way. Am not competent to attempt repairs and, unfortunately, too old to use; hence this ad. Also included: Stihl vest; grass cutting blade (brand new); cutting blade for brush cutters (brand new); Razor Max brush cutter blade (brand new); brush knife blade (brand new); carbide brush cutter blade (brand new) ; unknown blade (brand new).
