Transmission: 3-speed Automatic with Reverse 15 yrs owned and garaged, it is in great condition, well maintained and licensed as a golf cart.  The scooter has a steering  handle bar, one bench seat, and goes right up Mt. Soledad.  There is a rear storage compartment for the battery, fuel container and extra storage area.  The surf rack is square steel tube, tig welded and holds the included 10'2" knee paddle Harbour surfboard.
