Sunny 3 Bedrooms Oak Square-Looking for Two Roommates

Hi! I’m looking for young professional or graduate student roommates to share the top floor of a triple-decker apartment in the Oak Square area of Brighton starting September 15th. I am looking for no smoking, friendly individuals who are interested in keeping a clean, quiet house. I am in the biotech field and work a hybrid schedule. When I socialize, I like to have a few friends over for dinner and to play DND, tabletop and video games. In addition to the sunny bedrooms available, there is a dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and front and back porch. There is plenty of on-street parking nearby. The rent is $3150/month (split three ways) and INCLUDES HEAT, water, and a cleaning service once per month. There’s a coin-operated washer & dryer in the basement. The YMCA is a short walk away. The #57 bus to Kenmore Square stops out front and the Oak Square express bus to downtown is in easy walking distance. The landlord requires roommates to sign a 12-month lease, pay first and last months rent and a $600 security deposit that will be shared three ways. As roommates, we pay for electricity, gas for the stove and hot water heater, and cable/wifi.
