The ideal candidate should possess strong management, communication, and organizational skills. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation paid weekly. Responsibilities: - Confirm leads and appointments generated by our telemarketing team - Supervise telemarketers and ensure proper coaching and training - Meet daily and weekly targets set by the company - Maintain accurate records of confirmed appointments and leads - Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner - Provide regular feedback to the team on progress and areas of improvement in a positive and uplifting way. Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in confirming leads in a home remodeling company - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Must be tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Able to maintain and run a weekly payroll report for the office administration.
