The cargo bag/car top carrier (photo 1-stock) attaches to a vehicle roof rack (photo 2-stock) with five black straps (photo 3) which are included. The heavy-duty zipper is covered by a Velcro flap for rain protection (photo 4). Photos 5 and 6 show the actual bag. 15 Cubic Feet volume. Has heavy-duty handles.
