Toro Lawnmower (not working)

Lawnmower up for sale. $30 Toro GTS 21" recycling mower with front-wheel drive. Carb was replaced about a year ago and was working fine until a few weeks ago. Now will not start. Everything else on it works fine. Someone who has the time to repair whatever has recently gone wrong will benefit from an otherwise good-condition mower. No trades/bartering accepted.
