We are looking to rent one room in this double-decker in Malden, MA. The room is available for $700 for move-in on September 1st 2023. The unit covers two floors, with two bedrooms on the top floor, and one bedroom, one bath, and common spaces on the second. The room available is on the third floor, unfurnished except for a few miscellaneous items. The rest of the house is fully furnished, complete with a breakfast nook and dining table. Washing and dryer included in the unit, not even coin operated! The kitchen is open with a wrap-around counter. Small but long wooden roof deck, great for summer. There's also an attic for storage. Driveway parking is available. The apartment is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Malden Center Station, Stop n Shop, Super 88 Market, and Target! Bus 108 also passes just a street over. There are great local food places around the block from the house (boba tea, subs, pizza). The neighborhood is mostly families. The landlord is friendly and lives just down the street, so he's accessible. We will require first, last, and security deposit and at least a 6-month lease agreement.
