Unfurnished Room for rent, ISO Female roomate

I’m a 28yr old male, cleanly, friendly, and work full time. If I’m not at work I’ll be home gaming so I’ll be around in the afternoons. Im looking for a Roomate to help with bills. Looking for a female because all of my male roommates have been trouble and I’m over it. MUST be able to pickup after yourself. Rent would be $500 flat, due on the 1st and I would need a $500 security deposit. Utilities are included, and I have high speed internet/cable which is included.
