University of Washington Student Off Campus Housing Lease Swap

Off-campus University of Washington housing with Tripalink; Sophie building. Single tenant for single unit. Single bathroom. Study area, laundry room, and kitchen are communal. 140 - 178 sqft. Rent plus utilities (water, heat, electricity) is $1,072.40. Microwave, mini fridge, bed frame, study/computer desk, and chair included. Internet is provided by Smartaira and varies in cost (current cost is $35). Smoking and alcohol free building. Lease begins 08/01/2023 At 3:00 pm and ends 07/31/2024 At 11:00 am. Initially the lease was added as a secondary year after my current lease but I found I no longer need the room and wish to move out, as I finish my last term at UW in August. I intend to move out after August 18th, which is when my quarter ends. Exact date of lease transfer will be discussed in accordance with both parties scheduling.
