Vintage 1989 Schwinn Tempo

I’ve owned since new but, haven’t ridden it in over 20 years. I believe everything is original other than I remember replacing the back tire. The bike was stored inside for decades “out of sight and out of mind” but we just moved and it’s time for it to find a new rider who can appreciate it. I'm not sure of the proper way to measure it, but the top tube is 31.5" from the ground (step-over height?) and the vertical tube that the seat post goes into measures 22" from the center of the crank to the top of that tube.
