Description:

We would like to hear from a CNA, LPN or RN who currently works at a nursing home, skilled nursing facility, rehab center, or acute care facility who has proof-an eyewitness account that their current employer's facility is so short staffed vital medical services are never properly rendered to patients-such as basic care, PT, or wound care. Not only do patients suffer in situations like this-so do the taxpayers-because they paid for a service that they did not completely receive. Special Note: The ideal candidate for us must have an eyewitness account that their long-term care workplace is always extremely short staffed and this type of short staffing had to have been going on for at least a few years. Note-If this all sounds complicated-it is not. We will work with the whistleblower to make certain we have all the information we will need-so the whistleblower gets rewarded. We seek an honest articulate person who can get specific about short staffing at their facility. To get rewarded the whistleblower-eyewitness must still be working at the healthcare facility and have access to the facility. * A temp might have specific information about numerous facilities that are extremely short staffed in their metro area-but they must be able to still access the facility-facilities. * The whistleblower rewards for this type of information might exceed $200,000+ We are also very interested in hearing about any type of wrongful death, serious injury or extreme patient mistreatment-abuse at any type of healthcare facility-especially if the healthcare worker was terminated-fired for calling attention to the wrongdoing. We can only operate in 22 states because the majority of US States do not require long term care facilities to have minimum staffing levels to maintain patients. These states include Texas, Louisiana, Washington, Arizona-just to name a few. All Inquiries are Kept Strictly Confidential. Medicare-Medicaid/MediCal fraud costs US Taxpayers more than $100 billion dollars each year. Long term healthcare facilities running extremely short staffed is a great way for the owners to make a lot more money. Blowing the whistle on fraud on behalf of the taxpayer can be a very-very lucrative enterprise for a whistleblower.
