Workhorse Food Truck - LOW MILEAGE, custom stainless

This listing is for an amazing, fully equipped, custom built food truck built in 2014! The former operator is looking to sell off one of his two trucks, since he has a brick and mortar restaurant now and no longer needs multiple food trucks. Some info: This truck was licensed in both DC and Virginia, and has all of the necessary equipment and measurements to pass health inspections in both jurisdictions - it would also have everything for MD, since those are less stringent than DC. The chasis the truck is built on has under 40,000 miles. It was driven pretty much exclusively in downtown DC and Arlington, putting fewer than 5 miles on the truck most service days (for the last 7 years). The engine is a small block Chevy, and parts for the engine are very common and cheap, as long as the mechanic is familiar. This engine was used for a few decades. The truck and generator are GAS, and run off of the same fuel tank. The cummins-onan generator on the truck is working wonderfully. New, this generator alone would be close to $8,000. The interior of this truck is all custom built stainless steel, with custom cabinets. Its very sleek and easy to clean. The truck has been in service at least weekly for the last 7 years, but hasn't been run consistently for the last month or two. Everything is turnkey, ready to go! The truck does not use propane or any fire, and therefore does not need a suppression system, or need to get fire permits in each jurisdiction. The equipment on here is for a sandwich/BBQ concept, where the food is cooked ahead of time, and ready to stay hot/cold and be assembled and served. There is no deep fryer, oven, or flattop! This set up allows for much faster service than most other trucks. The equipment on the truck currently consists of 2 full size (1 is oversized) steam tables, and 1 sandwich prep table/cooler. The previous owner served as many as 300 sandwiches out of this truck in 1 service! When built new, this truck cost over $75,000.
